Hi, I’m Tom
General Psychologist
I believe that our unpleasant internal experiences are often driven by the level of attachment we have with our thoughts. This, in turn, often leads us to make decisions that are misaligned with our values, perpetuating a cycle that moves us away from the life that we want to be living.
My approach is highly collaborative and non-judgemental to allow you, to move us in the directions that you feel are the most meaningful while introducing strategies that provide new ways of interpreting thoughts and developing goals that move towards the life you want to live.
We are all humans, doing our best to find our way and I consider it a privilege to be able to lend a hand when things get difficult.
