Hi, I’m Karen

General Psychologist

Every person is unique, and so is every path to healing and growth. I believe that real change begins in the therapeutic relationship itself, in the safety to be honest and the support to move forward. I bring warmth, deep respect, and genuine care for your individual experience to a process that is, above all, collaborative.

I work from a strength and values-based approach, providing a supportive environment to explore and challenge thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. My aim is to help you develop self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools to live in greater alignment with yourself, and with the people around you.

My practice is person-centred and humanistic, drawing on a variety of psychological modalities. I believe the most effective therapy is flexible, shaped by who you are, what you’re facing, and what works best for you.

Prior to studying psychology, I worked in the visual arts, supporting and developing artists’ careers. I carry a deep appreciation for the creative process and the many ways people make sense of and express their inner world. Working across a diverse range of people and creative practices deepened both my appreciation for the uniqueness of individual experience and my capacity for building genuine connection that lies at the heart of good therapy.
