Hi, I’m Bernadette

Provisional Psychologist

I am a provisional psychologist passionate about helping people lead meaningful lives that reflect their values and what matters most to them.

You are the expert in your own life, and my role as a psychologist is to listen with compassion and without judgment. I aim to create a safe space where you can openly express yourself, and together we can explore your challenges and strengths. I will work with you to use evidence-based tools and strategies to help you reach your goals and live a fulfilling life.

Before becoming a psychologist, I work for many years in marketing roles across the allied health, disability, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors. I also trained as a yoga teacher, reflecting my long-lasting interest in mindfulness, wellbeing, and the mind-body connection.
